Even though the product we offer may seem more abstract than real, we like our customers to know that we are in fact real. We prefer to meet our clients in person so that they can be assured that they are working with somebody who exists and be able to put a face to the name.

As much as possible we partner with other local businesses. Whether it is in Waterloo Region, Ontario or Canada, we strive to use providers and vendors close to home.

Environmental Responsibility
Our primary hosting provider purchases green energy "tags" equivalent to the electricity consumption of their equipment within the hosting centre. Since it is not practical to power the data centre directly with renewable energy from sources, they have done the next best thing to promote the development of renewable energy sources in Canada. In fact, their commitment in this regard is one of the reasons that we chose them as our provider.
